Stop by the Harbor Bay Welcome Center front lawn to pick up a free pumpkin from October 12–16, while supplies last! Get creative and carve your best design for a chance to win.

Submit your finished pumpkin October 19–22, then invite friends and neighbors to vote for their favorite entry on Facebook! Send in your finished pumpkin to jyancey@tmo.com with your address to be entered into the contest, and the entries will be posted here for residents to vote on! The top three voted winners will receive a specially made Halloween Boo Basket!
